EBINA and KUBO were advisors for Kashiba city and Haibara town to make the city's level of the national health policy called "Healthy Japan 21" in the years of 2003 and 2004, and EBINA is a key health promoter and evaluator of the National Health Insurance project called "Health Up Model project" in Yanahara town from the year of 2004 to 2006. EBINA is consulting to develop, implement, and evaluate an overarching approach in Kushima-city from the year of 2006. Also, consulting other cities and hospitals to adjust the national medical system changes from the year of 2008. Other than the community setting, we provide support in other settings, such as hospitals, companies, and schools.
